Perform psychiatric psychosocial assessment and interventions for patients and families of the Medical Center dedicated to the care of infants; children; and adolescents; young adults and families in order to enable them to achieve their optimal level of health and wellbeing. To participate on an inter-disciplinary treatment team in the delivery of services and to maintain liaisons with the community and other pertinent services to ensure continuity of patient care. Requirements: Master's degree in Social work AND Current LSW or LISW license with the State of Ohio Counselor and Social Work Board. Current License to Practice in State.
