It provides consistency and guidance regarding the roles and responsibilities of officials. | The OCA Bylaws are a set of rules on the structure of the organization. It acts as a constitution for OCA and amendments can be made to it by the governance board. | The 3-Year Strategic Plan outlines the current goals and initiatives for OCA. Like the name suggests, it forecasts goals that should be achieved within three years of publication. |
