Full-Time Dual Diagnosis Therapist at Premier Behavioral Health Services (PBHS)

Job Description:

Private Practice seeking a licensed therapist to join our growing team in Mentor, Ohio.

We are looking for a motivated clinician to provide outpatient services within our Dual Diagnosis team. Applicants with substance use treatment experience or interest are encouraged to apply. The clinician will see clients for individual psychotherapy and intake assessment evaluations within our multi-disciplinary team. Co-facilitation of an adult Dual Diagnosis Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) may be available in the future. Experience with DBT welcomed but not required. Training will be provided within the Dual Diagnosis IOP. Previous group therapy experience is preferred.

Practice Description:

We are a multi-disciplinary mental health practice providing a combination of psychiatric and psychological services to adolescents, adults, and seniors. Services include comprehensive assessment and treatment of mental health conditions and addiction. Practice centers around several IOPs.

Our programs are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and are also certified by the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services as a provider of alcohol and drug treatment.

As a staff member, you are paid a salary, not percentage of collections. We offer wonderful health insurance, dental and vision, along with a 401k plan and a PTO plan. We work collectively as a team to best treat our clients. We also offer flexible hours/schedules.
