Job Description

1.       Part time clinical counselor, salaried without benefits with 5 paid holidays per year. One week paid vacation after one year anniversary of date of employment.

2.       Annual salary:  $23,500

3.       Hours:  11am –3pm, Monday through Friday, allowing flex hours to cover responsibilities after hours

4.       Responsible to:  Director of Family Counseling Service, INC and counseling hours supervised by clinical supervisor

5.       Level of Education: minimum of Masters of Arts in Counseling, completing CEU’s according to licensure requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)      Counsel clients at office, walk-ins and by appointment, CROSSWAEH groups and individuals

2)      Consult with interns as needed

3)      Participation in community organizations dealing with behavioral health issues

4)      Participation in monthly meetings at CROSSWAEH

5)      Implement fundraising efforts including grant writing

6)      Complete required accounting required by grantors

7)      Follow the code of ethics, according to the American Counseling Association.
