Position Available: BHCT Department – Two full time counseling positions with Intensive Home Based Therapy (IHBT).  IHBT is a home based service working with at risk youth and their identified family.  Applicants must possess a master’s degree in community counseling or social work with appropriate licensure (LPCC, PCC, PC, LISW, LSW with master’s degree and working towards independent licensure).

Job Duties: The following duties and responsibilities as assigned:

1. Provide 24/7 accessibility via on- call rotation.

2. Fidelity competency requirements.

3. Hours of operation: 40 hours weekly (hourly position) with potential of after hour and weekend hours (with flexible scheduling to meet client needs).

4. Reports to the IHBT Supervisor.

5. Maintains case load of 6-7 families.

6. Provides services in the home.

7. Meets agency productivity standards.
