Seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our thriving NWO Private Practice
Locations: Toledo, Ohio, & Bowling Green, Ohio (option to work remotely also)
Yearly pay: $52-$68,000 depending on experience, and hours worked
Health Insurance: for full-time employees after the first 30 days, with 2 plans to choose from: an HMO, and a premium plan with low yearly deductible
Full-time status: 26 clients per week

Every day we add to our wait list, or have to turn away potential clients because we just don’t have enough openings for therapy. We are seeking to remedy that situation. Job Duties:

Assess, diagnose and provide psychotherapy to Willow Center clients

Assist clients in processing their experiences, emotions, and thoughts

Help clients identify situations, behaviors, and thoughts that interfere with their wellness and recovery

Work with clients to set goals, develop a treatment plan, and gain insight through treatment

Create and maintain adequate clinical notes of treatment sessions Qualifications:
• To qualify for this position, you need a Master's or Doctoral Degree in a mental health field and
• An Ohio license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist, LPCC, LISW, LMFT, LPC, or LSW

Employment/ A Job: As opposed to being a gig worker just picking up some client work, you are not a contractor, you actually have employment with our practice. We will cover half of your employment taxes. This arrangement is nearly unheard of in private practice work. This also means we cover your liability insurance, provide legal protection, trainings & supervision

Biweekly paychecks: you can count on being paid for the last two weeks’ of services you provided (as opposed to waiting weeks- or months- for insurance reimbursements to pay out)

The option of two different health insurance plans for full-time employees (26+ client hours/week)

Our Residents’ Training Program for limited license clinicians (allowing you to improve your skills and increase your competency as a clinician through education and mentoring)
