Job Description
Position Summary Provide individual, group and family therapies; psychosocial and substance abuse assessments; be responsible for providing direct services to patients with dual diagnosis (and general mental health diagnosis) and consultation with treatment team on treatment for persons with dual diagnosis; provide psycho-education groups related to both dual diagnosis and general mental health population as indicated; case management; extensive contact with managed care companies for utilization review

Minimum Education Required
Master's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience


Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling; Ohio License to practice (LSW or LPC); independent license preferred (LISW or LPCC).
