Job Opening for a Full-time Clinical Director for a growing behavioral health organization in Southern Ohio.  Must have LPCC or LISW or higher, familiar with addiction and mental health treatment approaches, supervision experience a plus. Duties will include working with the Executive Leadership team to develop clinical programming and training needs to move the agency to the next level; hiring, evaluating and supervising staff; collecting and analyzing performance improvement data (including quality record review data, client satisfaction data, etc.); identifying staffing trends and needs, attending regular meeting with the Executive Director to implement treatment philosophy, and attending community and state events to foster relationships.  The non-profit organization provides integrated alcohol/drug and mental health services.  It serves Ross and Pike county providing outpatient, residential services for women and transitional living options.  Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
