Intensive Family Services Therapist

Overview:

Immediate opening for a licensed clinician to provide intensive home-based psychotherapy and community support services to youth (ages 3-18) and families including assessment, treatment planning, individual and family psychotherapy , coordination of services, monitoring, linking and referral, advocacy, support, education, and crisis intervention including rotating on-call coverage and work as apart of an intervention team.   Follow IHBT model of treatment (training provided).  This position offers a small caseload, supportive supervision and ongoing training.  Experience is preferred but not necessary; training is provided.   There is on-site supervision available if you are working towards an independent licensure.   The position is full time; salaried with benefits, and offers scheduling flexibility and sign-on bonus.

Minimum Requirements:

Eligible candidates must possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in human services field and be actively licensed by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist Board or the Ohio Psychology Board, and minimum of two years paid experience with service population.

Ability to communicate clearly and accurately both verbally and in writing with effective consultation and collaboration; assessment, planning, organization, interpersonal skills; ability to work well independently and on a team; travel; perform computer data entry required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word) and EHR preferred. Subject to criminal background, DMV, and drug screen clearance checks.

Proof of valid driver’s license, excellent driving record, ability to meet agency required vehicle insurance liability limits; vehicle in safe operating condition, and continued maintenance of all, as applicable.  E.O.E.
