    Job Description: The Clinical Director will serve at the executive level providing direction for WaHo and ensuring that the mission statement is adhered to while providing fiscal guidance ensuring WaHo’s ability to remain in operation and serve its population. The Clinical Director is responsible for promoting the health of the organization and overseeing the effective operation of all aspects of the organization while executing the company vision.

    Requirements

    • ·        Currently holds a master’s degree.
    • ·        At least 5 years of documented experience in human services, 2 years of which include providing administrative or clinical supervision.
    • ·        Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
    • ·        Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
    • ·        Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance, etc.
    • ·        In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
    • ·        An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
    • ·        Current supervision certificate.
    • ·        Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

    Programmatic Duties

    • ·        Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
    • ·        Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing managerial team.
    • ·        Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
    • ·        Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics.
    • ·        Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
    • ·        Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.
    • ·        Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
    • ·        Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
    • ·        Participate in quality assurance and utilization reviewing including preparation and presentation of performance evaluations that includes appropriate selections of candidates to fill open positions.

    Clinical Duties

    • Oversees clinical admission, including admission assessment and preliminary treatment planning.
    • Intervene as needed, clinically with clients in situations such as crisis, crisis intervention, AMA risk, and special needs.
    • Oversee clinical and administrative discharges to ensure clients have received a quality treatment plan.
    • Oversee timely completion of psychosocial assessments, clinical admission notes, and master treatment plans for new admissions.
    • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to direct reports.
    • Facilitate weekly treatment planning meeting, group clinical supervision meeting, and counselor/program staff meeting.
    • Review client records for quality of treatment documentation and planning.
    • Develop, coordinate, and maintains clinical program policies and procedures, and modify overall program parameters, as necessary.
    • Provide appropriate training for staff and hold staff accountable for attending required training.
    • Ensure all credentials of staff are maintained and currently active.
    • Provide monthly trainings on policies and regulations as required by governing bodies.

    Salary: Salary commensurate with experience
