This program provides counselors, social workers, and marriage and family therapists with an integrated understanding of the relationship between disordered eating and non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) in youth. Attendees will learn to identify contributing social and psychological factors, implement creative and mindfulness-based counseling interventions, and apply advocacy strategies to address systemic barriers that prevent clients from accessing specialized care.

Accepted by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. This program has been approved for 1.5 General CE Clock Hours for Counselors, Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists.
