OCA Leadership Retreat

In preparation for the 2023-2024 term, we encourage all OCA leaders, who hold any type of leadership position, to attend this year's orientation retreat on Saturday, July 22nd from 10am to 12pm via Zoom. 

Our intention behind the orientation retreat is to continue to foster communication and collaboration between all divisions, chapters, and committees, as well as the OCA Executive Board. We plan to discuss OCA's 2023-2024 goals, resources and support that leaders have access to, burn out/time management, leadership development, and more. An agenda and meeting link will be sent out closer to the date.
