The aftermath of a child’s disclosure of sexual abuse can be traumatic and overwhelming for caregivers. This presentation will identify common issues for caregivers, provide information on childhood sexual abuse and its aftermath, and resources for support. This presentation is appropriate for professionals working with co-survivors, as well as co-survivors seeking information on the aftermath of childhood sexual abuse.
