Guest presenter Dr. Curtis Kwodwo Williams will discuss how power and control dynamics found within IPV are also used against survivors of IPV and sexual violence throughout societal systems. This presentation will examine the barriers survivors of color face after experiencing IPV and sexual violence, as well as best practices for working with survivors and challenging racial trauma.
