Zachary Dispirito, MA, LPC is a licensed professional counselor serving northeast Ohio communities. While he's been providing counseling services in a private practice setting since January of 2024, he's worked alongside the many talented and driven volunteers behind OCA’s Ohio Counseling Conversations program since the Summer of 2023. Zachary's role has proven to be a flexible one since his introduction to the project, however, he has most commonly engaged with Pre-Production and Recording efforts. 

Zachary's past experiences as President of Cleveland State University’s Psychology Club and its affiliated Podcast continue to lend him invaluable skills that he is grateful to offer to the OCA Podcast Committee. Guest outreach, topic generation, quality assurance, resource acquisition, and episode documentation are various responsibilities he has been fortunate to contribute toward. Fulfilling such roles in an intercommunicative and accessible manner continues to be a core value of Zachary and Ohio Counseling Conversations.

The OCA Podcast Committee continues to advocate for the betterment of Ohio’s counseling professionals via the introduction to and review of various topics, viewpoints, and resources. The committee relentlessly strives to create an informative outlet for helping professionals across the state to connect with and learn from. The Award Committee’s recognition strengthens Zachary's drive to continue highlighting the conversations that promote the betterment of our communities and field at large. He is thankful to have collaborated with the team nominated for this humbling and motivating award.
