Payment

• We accept Credit, Debit, and PayPal payment via our PayPal account only
• You do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal - After you submit your order, click the "Pay Now" button. On the right side of the next page, you will see two options, the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.
• Payment must be made in full before the item is available for shipping.

• Please indicate your shipping address during checkout. Email ocaexec@gmail.com with any questions.
• OCA ships within the continental US using the US Postal Service.

• If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within one week of receiving your item. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Customer is responsible for any return shipping of items and may be assessed an additional shipping fee for exchanged items.
