SEEKING ADULT OUTPATIENT AND CORRECTIONS BASED THERAPISTS

Private, not for profit behavioral healthcare organization seeking highly skilled therapists/social workers to join our clinical teams to fill two open positions.

1) The first position will primarily be working with inmates at the Ashland County Jail providing assessment, individual and group counseling.

2) The second position will provide both individual and group counseling to adults including support groups for persons who have experienced intimate partner violence and a suicide griever’s support group. 

The successful candidates will have experience working in the community mental health environment with adults who have a history of mental and emotional concerns

Must have excellent communication, networking, and innovative problem solving skills, ability to work as part of a team, as well as strong group facilitation and coordination skills.  Master’s degree with behavioral health licensure required, LISW or LPCC preferred. Experience working with adults, around behavioral, emotional, and cognitive issues. Must have excellent communication, networking, and innovative problem solving skills, ability to work as part of a team, as well as strong group facilitation and coordination skills.  Will involve some services in the jail system.  Prefer master’s level graduate with an LISW or LPCC license.
