The Clarity Couch Counseling Services is a mental health and wellness organization dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to individuals and families in Ohio. We are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our clients by offering a wide range of mental health services. We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Mental Health Therapists and clinical interns to join our team.

Position Overview: 

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals cope with emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues. You will provide therapeutic services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and counseling. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans for clients. 
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients of all ages 
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records. 
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. 
• Stay current on best practices and treatment modalities in the mental health field. 
• Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary. 

Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (interns are currently enrolled)
• Enrolled in a master's level internship or licensure as an LPC, LSW, MFT, LISW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of Ohio 
• Clinical experience in mental health therapy. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. 
• Commitment to providing ethical and culturally competent care.
