Established practice in central Ohio seeks additional clinicians to join our team.  We specialize in exposure-based interventions for anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, and related conditions in adult clientele.  Opportunities could be either full time or part time. Requirements of the position include:

• Independent practice license (LPCC).
• Strong training in cognitive and behavioral theory and intervention.
• Clear interest in treating the population with which we specialize.
• Willingness to see clients in-person in our office at least sometimes (with virtual work from home, or from the office, also available if the clinician wishes).

Experience with exposure-based interventions is preferred, but training and guidance can be provided.  If the clinician works with children or adolescents, then strong exposure-therapy experience is required (as guidance for working with minors is not available at the practice).

This is an Independent Contractor position, not an employee position. Compensation is based on a percentage of revenue generated by the clinician.  No health insurance, retirement benefits, or paid time off is included.  Given the current fees and insurance contracts at the practice, a clinician seeing 20 clients per week could expect a gross annual income of $90-100K. In addition, $2000 per year is provided for liability insurance coverage, continuing education, and other professional expenses.
