Dragonfly Counseling & Wellness is an innovative, holistic center with the mission of providing individuals and families with a positive, culturally-sensitive environment aimed at fostering wellbeing and personal growth. 

Our practice is growing and we are seeking Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC, LPCC-S) who would like to work as independent contractors in a welcoming, progressive environment where clients can benefit from a holistic approach to mental health and wellness.  The ideal candidate is a passionate, open-minded, and self-motivated mental health provider able to work both independently and as a team player. 

Dragonfly Counseling & Wellness is committed to fulfilling all administrative and marketing tasks, so that our clinicians can focus on what they do best: providing excellent services to the Center’s clients. Our independent clinicians practice  in a beautifully furnished office at our downtown location and have access to all office amenities (on-site parking, break room, multipurpose room). A dedicated Client Services Coordinator provides administrative services such as scheduling, payment collection, and support with client care. We also assist our providers with creating digital professional profiles and maintaining a social media presence. 

Requirements:

· Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a valid Ohio LPCC license;

· At least 2 years of clinical experience post independent licensure working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds; 

· Additional certifications and areas of specialization (including, but not limited to couples therapy and working with the LGBTQ population) are appreciated, but not required. 

· Willingness to work at least 15-20 hours per week at the center during regular business hours (9:00AM - 6:00PM); ability to work evenings and weekends is a plus, but not required. 

· Willingness to participate in community outreach events and to proactively market their own services.
