    What are we looking for:We are seeking exceptional and passionate individuals to provide person-centered and evidence based treatment services to our clients.

    Job Description: The therapist will be tasked with providing therapeutic intervention and care throughout the client’s attendance at WaHo. The therapist will be expected to retain a case load of clients and hold retention to the best of their ability. In order to retain a case load, the therapist must possess the necessary skills to be empathetic and make the client feel that their needs are being met, as well as ensuring that treatment goals are being met.

    Requirements

    • ·        Must possess a current and valid independent clinical Ohio license (LCSW, LPC)
    • ·        Must Have completed a CACREP or Regionally Accredited Master’s Program in Clinical Field of Study
    • ·        CPR certification required

    Duties

    The Therapist will work in multiple areas of treatment including but not limited to:

    • ·        Delivers therapeutic services using evidence based, best practice CBT, DBT, Motivational Interview, Trauma Focused-CBT, approach with individuals, families and groups as determined by the individual through their treatment plan.
    • ·        Completes accurate clinical documentation within the timelines and guidelines consistent with agency standards, rules and regulations; including diagnosis using the DSM V. Use collaborative documentation whenever possible.

    • ·        Complete annual training requirements by attending seminars and other educational opportunities to develop professional skills and abilities.
    • ·        Individualized treatment plan creation in collaboration with the client to include evidence based practices
    • ·        Facilitate group and family therapy
    • ·        Intake and Biopsychosocial Assessments
    • ·        New client orientation and discharge planning
    • ·        Advocate for the Client/Family
    • ·        Insurance Authorization
    • ·        Supervise Interns/Volunteers

    Salary: Commensurate with experience.
