ADAMH/OSU CEU Cultural Responsiveness Training Series

  • 25 Aug 2022
  • 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Virtual & In-Person Options (OSU - The Fawcett Event Center)

Greetings Colleagues and Friends:

I am pleased to share that the 2022 ADAMH/OSU College of Social Work Cultural Responsiveness Training Series continues! The next training opportunity is August 25th.

Each year ADAMH  partners with the OSU College of Social Work to provide Cultural Responsiveness behavioral health professional development training. These CEU training opportunities are significant in supporting our community of dedicated professionals in culturally responsive practices in behavioral health. This year I have had the honor to work with our partners at OSU COSW to develop a training series intentional to meet the evolving and diverse needs of populations across Franklin County.

Currently, all trainings are hybrid with in-person registration opening first. The in-person registration link is here and attached.  The virtual link is here.  More about the series is listed below. Registration opens monthly for each training opportunity.  I sincerely encourage those with a desire to attend to not delay. It has been our brief experience that once registration opens, slots fill within just days!

Please feel free to forward this opportunity to your colleagues. I am available at: akemavor@adamhfranklin.org should you have any contextual inquiries. For registration questions please contact Shea Bennett-Callen directly at: bennett-callen.1@osu.edu

Thank you for your time and I look forward to seeing you soon! – Dr. K.
