This webinar will teach psychoeducational skills that can be applied within the context of Sex Therapy/Sex Counseling sessions to enhance clinical work. Real life case examples and applied learning strategies will be included to compliment didactic content.
After the presentation, participants will have learned about... 1. Relevant sexual health and reproductive concepts and challenges TGD clients and families face 2. Suggestions for sexuality professionals that are focused on promoting the health and positive development of youth that identify as TGD while eliminating discrimination and stigma
This program meets the requirements of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) and is approved for 4 CE credits and is considered synchronous learning if in attendance to the live webinar. These 4 CE credits may be applied toward AASECT certification and renewal of certification through the Sexuality Training Institute.
