Professional Liability InsuranceOhio Counseling Association has chosen CPH & Associates as our preferred professional liability insurance provider. Having served mental health professionals for 20 years, CPH & Associates insures students, provisionally licensed interns and fully licensed professionals as well as registered mental health business entities (LLC, PLLC, SCORP, etc.). As an OCA member benefit, students are granted complimentary liability insurance for one year. To activate, OCA students will need to refer to their welcome email from OCA for the custom link to register their insurance policy online. This applies to the Insured Student Member category only. Post Masters, interns under supervision, provisionally licensed, associate level professionals and fully licensed professionals may also attain coverage through CPH & Associates. OCA members have a reduced administrative fee ($10 as opposed to $20) – a $10 savings! To receive that reduced admin fee, it’s imperative to select “ACA and State Chapters” from the “Select your Professional Association” drop down menu.
